Type of Tours
(a) Recreation
Tour: Beach Resorts such as Ngapali & Kan Thaya (Rakhine State), Chaung-tha and Ngwe Saung (Ayeyarwaddy Region), Set-se (Mon State) and Maung-ma-gan (Taninthayi Region).
(b) Cultural Tour: Early Pyu ancient cities of Beikthano, Hanlin & Thayekittaya; over 2000 temples and pagodas (11th-13th century) of Bagan; ancient cities of Vesali and Mrauk-Oo in Rakhine State; capital cities of Myanmar Kings at Sagaing, Innwa, Amarapura and Mandalay. (c) Eco-tourism: Over 19,000 feet high Mount Khakaborazi and snow-capped mountain ranges of northern Myanmar (Kachin State); Pyin- Oo-Lwin National Kandawgyi Gardens, Popa mountain Resort (Mandalay Division); Seinyay Forest Camp and Moyingyi Wildlife Sanctuary (Bago Division); Hlaw-ga Wildlife Park and Yangon Zoological Gardens(Yangon Region). (d) Marine Tour: Underwater gardens of coral reefs near Myeik Archipelago and Kawthaung (Taninthaya Region). (e) Hiking and Adventure Tour: Mount Khakaborazi (Puta-O, Kachin State); Mt. Victoria (Chin State). (f) Off-Road Car Rally And Caravan Tour: Drive overland through border checkpoints and cross country touring. (g) Cycling Tour: Cycling cross country through tourists sites from Upper Myanmar to Yangon. (h) Hot Air Ballon Enjoy aerial view of the landscape of the famous tourist sites Tour: by Hot Air Ballons. ( i ) Memorial Tour: Memorial visits to Myitkyina, Bhamo, Kale, Sittwe, Kyaukphyu, Taungoo, Pyay, and Sittaung; Htaukkyat and Thanbyuzayat War Cemeteries by the relatives of the Allied and Japanese soldiers who died in Myanmar during World War II. (j) Cruise Tour: Cruise Ships dock at Yangon and Thilawa Ports and tours around Yangon and Bago and excursions to Bagan and Mandalay by chartered flights. (k) Special Chartered Tour: Special chartered planes from USA, Europe and Korea land at Yangon International Airport & sight seeing tours are arranged in and around Yangon. |
